RFE, NOID, or denial response map

Your EB1A RFE needs an answer for each objection. Start with a worked example.

Study a 30-page fictional RFE and response, then use editable maps to organize the objections, existing exhibits and missing evidence in your own record. The $99 download includes QA checklists, prompts and letter templates.

Buy when

The case has already been challenged and the response needs structure.

  • You have an RFE, NOID, denial, or officer objection in front of you.
  • You need one row per USCIS objection, not a larger document dump.
  • You want to separate fixable evidence gaps from legal deadlines and appeal questions.
  • You want an organized list of evidence gaps and questions to discuss with counsel.
Skip this product if the next decision is appeal rights, Form I-290B, status, travel, employer strategy, or deadline judgment. Take those questions to counsel first.
Read the sample in three steps

A missing-evidence row is a work list, not proof.

Use this fictional example to understand the worksheet before buying anything.

1. Keep the concern visible

The sample concern is “Useful work but major significance unclear.” Putting it beside Part II.A keeps that question connected to the response section. In your own work, retain the original notice and distinguish its wording from your summary.

2. Separate what exists from what is missing

JS-EX-111 is listed as an existing exhibit. The external adoption declaration is in “new evidence needed.” That label does not mean the declaration exists or that anyone has agreed to provide it. Keep unresolved gaps visible; do not turn a planned source into a factual claim.

3. Leave the next action with an owner

The row is assigned to buyer/counsel and remains open. “Field-level impact” records the intended connection, not a conclusion that it has been proved. Review the underlying facts and questions with counsel before treating the issue as resolved.

A worked RFE and response

The fictional Jack Smith notice and response shows how an example record is organized. It is a learning model, not a petition to copy.

Before checkout

Use the narrow kit only if the notice is the real blocker.

  • Use the free denial/RFE map if you still need to decide whether the issue is legal route or evidence structure.
  • Use the RFE Reconstruction Kit if you already need objection rows, exhibit cites, and response QA.
  • Use Profile Builder Pro if there is no officer notice and the profile is still being built.
  • Use the Complete Bundle if profile, petition, and response workflow all need rebuilding together.
