The fastest way to choose
Most applicants do not need more immigration content. They need to know which part of the case is actually broken.
Use this rule:
| Your current problem | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You are not sure whether the record is strong enough for EB1A. | Profile Builder Pro | Start with case-strength mapping before you build a full packet. |
| You know the case can work, but the filing packet is messy. | Self-Filer End to End Guide | Use a packet workflow, exhibit order, and final-merits structure. |
| You have an RFE, NOID, denial, or officer objection. | RFE Reconstruction Kit | Map each objection to proof, page cites, and response sentences. |
| Your main question is NIW proposed endeavor or Dhanasar prongs. | EB2 NIW Kit | NIW logic is not the same as EB1A final-merits logic. |
| You are planning an O-1A packet before or alongside EB1A. | O1A Kit | O-1A timing, agent/employer framing, and evidence packaging need a different map. |
| You need the full profile, filing, and response stack. | Complete EB1A Bundle | Use one connected workflow instead of stitching separate notes together. |
Buy the bundle when the case needs a system
The bundle makes sense when you are still moving between questions:
- Which criteria should carry the case?
- Which achievements are useful proof, and which are just resume decoration?
- How should the petition read so an officer can follow it?
- How would you answer if USCIS challenges final merits or evidence quality?
That is a full-stack problem. A single worksheet will not solve it because the same facts need to travel through profile judgment, petition structure, exhibit mapping, and response planning.
Buy one kit when the next step is obvious
A narrower kit is better when the next bottleneck is clear.
If you already know the case is filing-ready, do not restart at profile strength. Build the packet. If the only issue is an NIW RFE on Prong 1 and Prong 2, do not buy the whole EB1A stack because the anxiety feels bigger than the actual gap.
The right purchase should reduce decisions. If it creates more branches, it is probably the wrong first step.
What the bundle does not do
The Complete EB1A Bundle does not make a weak record strong by itself. It does not give legal advice, file forms, draft attorney strategy, or guarantee approval.
It helps you organize the case so you can see the real work:
- which facts should lead,
- which exhibits need cleaner labels,
- which claims need outside proof,
- which parts of the story are still too employer-specific, and
- which paid or attorney step should come next.
The $10K+ legal-spend check
Before paying for a full attorney package, you should be able to explain your own case in one page:
My strongest criteria are X and Y. The evidence that proves field-level impact is A, B, and C. The weak point is Z. The petition should make the officer's comparison easier by showing this progression.
If you cannot write that yet, start with profile mapping or the bundle. If you can write it, you may only need the filing workflow or RFE kit.
Bottom line
Buy the smallest product that answers the next decision.
Use the Complete EB1A Bundle when the next decision is not one decision. If you need to map the profile, build the petition, organize exhibits, and prepare for officer objections, the bundle is the cleaner path.
