A support letter is easier to review when its job is specific.
In the RFE Reconstruction Kit’s sample support-letter worksheet, the judging row separates three questions: why the reviewer was selected, whether the work matched their field, and whether the review was actually completed.
It lists the invitation, reviewer guidelines and completion proof as records to check. A planned letter is not completed evidence. Keep missing facts marked as gaps, and leave confidential manuscript details out.
This is a worksheet example, not a conclusion about anyone’s visa eligibility. Counsel keeps the legal decisions.
If you already have an officer notice and need a structured response workflow, the ChatEB1 RFE Reconstruction Kit is $99 pre-tax. It includes a fictional response model, editable maps, a QA checklist, prompts and letter templates. Educational download only; no legal representation or approval guarantee. No refunds after digital delivery.
